Village East is a pet-centric community, complete with a Dog Wash Spa, a fenced-in Bark Park located on-site, and dog turf areas complete with waste-pick-up stations located throughout the community.
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Per Pet, there is a $600 pet deposit ($200 is refundable, $400 is non-refundable). Monthly Pet Rent Per Pet: $35 for Cats, $50 for Dogs.
We are proudly partnered with PooPrints Dog DNA program to ensure a cleaner & safer community for all!
